Hi all,
I have a new problem on the CM. So far I have been operating the microscope at 300keV. I decided to try 200keV to get better contrast. It turns out that on this microscope, the magnifications change when you change the high tension. This causes all kinds of problems. So I tried making a new mag list in CMCal.py, but the problem is that pixel calibrator does not recognize the new mags. It seems to revert to the original mag. table. I can't think of what I should do short of making a new instrument somehow. Any suggestions?
