Description

The query assumes tem and camera instruments are on the same host.

change query and display camera class in the page after the model is selected.

Testing:
1. go to myamiweb/goniometer.php that uses cronus4 database.
2. select tecnai2 as tem host.
3. 10nov05b2 was not in the list of model name that can be selected before the fix. It is now.
4. For example, selecting "10nov11a x" should show Camera: Tietz SCX
5. Selecting "10nov05b2 x" should show Camera: DE12 on decamera

Anyone can test.

This fix should go into branches since there are several users have split instrument setup already and this will become more common than shared instrument since tecnai PC is under-powered.
