Description
Some user display atlas at 8000 pixel max dimension. Processing with masking/filtering/labeling/convolution of that takes too much memory especially since some of them are displayed. Have seen Leginon crash from such session.

Tried a few things to get scaling exact but mosaic.py has some inherit rounding error that can not be fully resolved. The algorithm was reverted to the original. May visit that later. The overlap problem was a wild goose chase. At 1 % overlap there are still ocassional bad seam regardless of mosaic.py algorithm. Ignores it now.
