for session 10dec07b. RCT image viewer is not showing image on the web page.

After long investigation, I am pretty sure the apache server (cronus3) can not be able to access to "extdata" folder. The raw images in this session is store in extdata folder not data00.

The cause of this bug is not the location of the file but that this session has particle picked. After r14748, particle display needs particle parameters such as diameter and label to feed into javascript in json format. while other particle displaying viewers were modified at the time, rctviewer was missed.

r15129 added the query to get the jsdata and add to the viewer.

This should go to the branch

10dec07b and 10nov19e, both sessions do not show image in RCT viewer.
it should be fixed after svn update.
