Description
When I run this command on session 10dec01b from http://cronus3.scripps.edu/myamiweb/processing/runMakeStack2.php?expId=8304
makestack2.py --single=start.hed --selectionid=7 --invert --normalized --phaseflip --flip-type=emanpart --boxsize=192 --description="test" --projectid=290 --preset=ed --session=10dec01b --runname=stack15 --rundir=/ami/data00/appion/10dec01b/stacks/stack15 --no-rejects --best-images --no-wait --commit --continue
It fails in appion after processing one image. The log file shows that it is failing in a method call in /ami/data00/appion/10dec01b/stacks/stack15/stack15.appionsub.log . I am having the same issue running it from the command line. Am I using an incorrect wrapper?
