Description
It currently displays the first instance that those particular set of params were used for a dog run (ApDogParamsData). We want to display the actual time that the specific run was initiated (ApSelectionRunData).

To test, run dog picker multiple times with the same parameters. Ensure that they are reported as having different and correct date/times rather than the time the first one was run.
