Description
There are too many different cases. For example, K3 is collected with camera handling dark subtraction, Falcon4EC with EER collected with the returned sun both dark and gain corrected, but we need to save norm image in the metadata for post processing of the EER file.

"system dark subtracted": for electron counting camera
"frame gain corrected": for example, Falcon series with mrc frames, de20
"sum gain corrected": usually the same as frame gain corrected except Falcon4EC operated in EER mode.
