Description
There are more than one case where the computer become too slow for it to consistently change state in operations such as activate Windows. In such case, the operation would fail.
The first one we observe is beamstop positioning. There may be more.
This slowness can be reduced by restarting the microscope computer, but is not an ideal solution.

Implemented maximal trial of 5 on beamstop positioning. On this particular scope that has problem, it needs 2 trials most of time in the first call where it needs to activate the FluCam Window.
