not scaled by exposure time because exposure time is not displayed. broken when fixing #1121

testing:

From imageviewer.php visit any tomography session that has dose displayed in the viewer such as 11feb16c

Compare the dose displayed for tomo images of the same tilt series between a low and a high tilt one. The dose display should be different.

I'm closing this out since it seems to be working based on the test procedure, but just wanted to note that myamiweb and betamyamiweb have the same behavior, so I'm not sure I was looking for the problem correctly.
