Description
Use these tools on Square_Targeting nodes to limit the region for target filtering and sampling.
1. Toggle on "shape fit" tool on image panel tools (looks like an ellipse on top of a ruler).
2. Use mouse left click-and-drag to mark the red trace to fit. The fitted ellipse will show in green.
2a. Hold down control key (command key on Mac) while mouse left click-and-drag to mark the red trace to make rectangle that enclose the fitted ellipse.
3. Click AutoSquareFinding tool in the node toolbar.
4. left click anywhere on the image to remove the fitted shape as mask.
