myami/appion/bin/imageloader.py
Added options for applying parameters to all images that are being uploaded, in lieu of having to create a parameter text file.
Micrographs with image formats dm3,dm2, and tif will be converted to mrc when uploaded.
tested using original parameter text file method, and new method with all file formats.
