Description

This feature turns autoscreen.py into auto data collection of multiple grids each stops once it reaches a given number of exposure.

  • Status changed from New to Assigned

Usage: To use this feature for auto multi-grid data collection,
1. set auto square finder in your example session to include more squares than you think you need.
2. activate the feature in "Square" node advanced settings. Set "Stop when enough taken" to True, and enter the minimal number of images and select the preset name of the images you want to count, typically "en"

The decision is made only when "Square" node is about to acquire an image. Therefore, the total image count of "en" images will likely to be higher than the count you ask for.

If you need it to stop at a more accurate count, you can repeat Step 2 on your Hole node.

Warning: We do not recommend turn on this feature in Exposure node since it will do too many database queries and slow things down.

Notes on the behavior:
This feature stops processing targets from the grid atlas if used in "Square" node but the targets can be submitted again if you return to the session and deactivate this feature.
