Description
- add ability to define an energy filter offset for each preset
- can be used to image plasmon peak as described in (Hagen, 2022)
- also can be used to define a set offset for different magnifications, for cases where slit is not aligned at that magnification
- helps you keep slit inserted for all presets, lower wear and tear on insert mechanism
- works only for Gatan GIF
