Description
- updated tiltgroup_wrangler.py to handle small change in CTF key definition in cryoSparc v4
- also now resets all Cs values to the same value (mode of particle set)
- resets all other higher-order CTF values to that of the first particle
- without doing this, cryoSparc CTF refinement jobs fail because higher-order CTF values in newly-grouped particles differ
- finally, for Relion 3.1 or cryoSparc, it automatically replaces e[sn]n-a with e[sn]n-a-DW, no need to do it manually
