openscript to continue autoscreen session if crashed during the run

Instrument problem may crash autoscreen. This allows use to start from the same session.
In most of the case, it needs to reload the most recent grid atlas and submit the existing targets on it.

Usage: when a session in autoscreen crashes, run this script. Input any session name in the current autoscreen session set to run. The script assumes that the autoloader cassette is loaded in the exact order and the grid to continue in the exact orientation as before.
Warning: if crash happens during grid atlas creation before square targets are sent out, a new atlas label is needed and grid atlas reacquired.

Testing: Start autoscreen and pause and stop it while still having squares not screened. Then run the script and follow the instruction.
