Description

centosAutoInstallation.py installEMAN function only creates environmental variable files but did not finish what is in EMAN's own eman-installer.

For example, it needs to create softlink to ${EMAN_DIR}/lib/libpyEM.so from libpyEM.so.ucs?.py2.6 for CentOS6. Hpwever. I didn't get an erorr message from eman that it could not find libpyEM.so in my test. Strange!
