The query failed because it does not know which processing db it should use.

r16488 fix the bug and uses dbemgraph object to generate the plot instead of the old long code. Also fix the difference value for ctffind since it is reported in negative defocus while ace1 and ace2 reported in positive.
The specific fix for this bug involves adding the line "require inc/project.inc" because that is where processing db is set.
Testing, visiting any session that has ctf estimation done in appion.
