Description

It is taking 5-6 seconds per experiment to load a project page with getproject.php. This is not OK for any project with more than a handfull of experiments.

Anchi, please see my comments in #1550. Looks like a code change there is causing this bug.

query with "where" using != slowed it down. Include that only when necessary in revertsettings keep the query in getproject.php from having to do it. r16499
