Description
When a session has exemplars, the summary information is shown in index.php when the processing pages first load. The Data Collection Info is out of date with respect to new refinement methods as well as ctf and alignment methods.
For the 2.2 release, I want to get at least the refinement methods up to date.
Now that this section also Lists publication reference information, I have finally undertaken a refactoring of the whole referenceBox thing.

Messed up the refs... revision r16520 has some updates for refinements and starts using the new publications class for displaying references. Still need to move the references to the publicationList.inc file and put some more work into it in general.
Actually, the changes in processing.inc belong to #1737....I need to sloow down a bit me thinks.
