Description
InstrumentData is initially created in either the getMagnifications function in EM.py or in the getTEMData function of instrument.py. It is kind of confusing which one will actually be used. Need to consolidate into one place where instrument is created and inserted and make it clear to the user how this happens or make it happen automatically without user interaction.

With the need to define projection submode now a day, getMagnifications is always needed to be done as initialization. This problem becomes irelevent.
