Description
Ran tomo alignments, tried both protomo and Imod for tomograms from session 10mar12a. I tried with tilt series 1. I ran it on guppy. It thinks they are complete, but there is no info and no alignment when I go to the completed page.

fixed it with a check for SQLtable exist. Wish there is a better way. Ref Revision r13256

Found that empty --exclude causes the tomomaker script to crash. Put in prevention measure at both webserver and python level. Refs. Revision r13662 May be related to this issue.
