Description
Currently, refinement job files are overwritten by the Upload step of the refinement process. There is a .commands file saved that includes the guts of the job file but it cannot be run because it does not include the resource manager directives. We would like to save off a copy of the job file in its entirety to make running it and debugging it easier. The name of the job file will need to be unique so that it is not overwritten.
