Having a different password for the imageviewer login and the cluster login is confusing.
Is there a way to make them sync?

Eric, Christopher and I had a discussion about this and we think it would be best to move the appion login to occur at the time a user submits a job. This will be better for multiple clusters, maybe not as good if you are submitting lots of jobs to a single cluster. We can discuss further...

ssh login also give the user the ability to check on the status of the submitted job. How would that fit in here? With myamiweb password now encrypted, maybe at least some of us would opt to use the same user name for both.

We have decided to write a help message explaining which uer/pass are required.
In the installation user guide, new users should be created on the web server using the same user/pass as on the processing server(s).
