The preset used in appionloop is not saved nor a description of the run is provided. It causes confusion when different presets are used to separate stacks generated from different particle selection runs.

r13656 does the trick by finding the preset of the last image. I didn't want to check individual images and then combine the unique ones in there. It would take longer to query.
