Description
Andrey reported that his references were not in the frames directory.
/gpfs/frames/16apr20e/rawdata/references/
The references present are:
16apr18e_18145152_01_3838x3710_norm_0.mrc
16apr18e_18145152_01_3838x3710_norm_0_mod.mrc
16mar23i_24154245_00_3838x3710_dark_0.mrc
16mar23i_24154245_00_3838x3710_dark_0_mod.mrc
However, looking at
references/reference_list.txt his references are in /emg/data18/leginon/16feb08_ref_c/rawdata/16apr20e_20114130_01_3838x3710_norm_0.mrc

This is caused by /emg/data18 was not available from the computer where rawtransfer.py was running from. r19792 fixed this.
