Requested by Thomas Marlovits for daily backup practice.
Useful when user screw up the session queue and need a fresh start. It was asked if this is possible a few times before.

r19729 added the feature.
1. create the new session by going through setup wizard.
2. run this program within leginon/appion environment.
Usage: python copyatlas.py <old_session_name> <new_session_name> <image filename>
Sessions must exists
<image filename> is of an image belong to the grid atlas to be copied
