Possible caused by newer version log file format change

  File "/home/acheng/myami/appion/appionlib/apDDprocess.py", line 194, in getShiftsBetweenFrames
    positions = ddinfo.readPositionsFromAlignLog(logfile)
  File "/home/acheng/myami/leginon/ddinfo.py", line 108, in readPositionsFromAlignLog
    position_x = float(position_strings[0])
ValueError: invalid literal for float(): Mean=55.671238

r19839 is a work around r19861 catches it earlier like in myamiweb
