closedCreating a new database for a project does not work properly

Description
Tested on both fly and Cronus3.
On fly go to Appion and Leginon DB tools -> projects.
Create a new project and then create a database for it.
Notice that the first time you click Create DB there is no change in the interface. It should show that the new db is linked and have a button to unlink it.
The second time clicking the Create DB button it says "the db already exists and do you want to link anyway?".

This is because we change the database schema last week, there are some queries does not work and return empty set of result.

The db now links successfully, but will not unlink.

work on mine sandbox and also cronus3. Don't know why does not work on fly server. Maybe the db schema on fly server still off. (just a guess)
