Description
For regular status test, need to:
1. frame alignment and upload aligned images
2. run ppPatchStateStacker.py
3. link to view the resulting power spectrum map
4. estimate ctf to very high resolution (2.5 Å) at each patch
5. display the resolution limit of the fit results as histogram.
6. need matrix to measure distortion from 2-fold astigmatism.
