Description
MotionCor2 can use multiple gpus; motioncorr modified at Purdue use single gpu. These need myamiweb input. These won't work for cluster unless job manager can select which gpu to use and sync with appion command

looks good, just had to replace "," with spaces for the motioncor2 command
