Description
I've noticed that there are lots of references to the Scripps clusters "garibaldi" or "guppy" in appion, should these be changed/removed?
"garibaldi" appears in:

What is runEmanRecon.php? It is loaded with these references.

There is nothing to test, everything was mainly related to comments not code.
