PhasePlateAligner is the first case to use this. To use:
Bind AcquisitionImagePublishEvent from the node that matters (for example, we use on-plane untilted preset in Exposure node) to PhasePlateAligner node.
Still to do: retrieve history of the phase plate patch to initialize the count.
