Description

Dear all,
I am currently installing Leginon on our Jeol 3200 FSC. When I reached the point of the scalecalibrator I am asked to move OL by 10um.
I am not sure I understand what is meant by this (assume Objective lense) - but how do I move it by 10um?

OL is objective lens. 10 um means change it value (focus) by that much.
