use the one in the xml folder.
I was trying to migrate all the xml file under one folder two weeks ago. And I did not remove the original one because the wizard wasn't done at the time.
The two extra xml file (leginon and project db) has been removed today. And all the new update should be in the new xml files under xml folder.
We might want to move all the xml files in to one single place in the feature but not this release.
