Description

Falcon3 has a few differences from Falcon2.

1. Acquiring cropped image is no longer allowed.
2. There is no frame configuration file for us to control frame saving.

Advanced TEM Scripting is released with TItan software 2.9.1 even though the activation is still problematic.

d853d4380 has a first version of the implementation. A scripting simulator is also added for offline testing.

Current state. First data collection tested. Workflow works but noticed ocasional failed communication. Need more testing to debug.

Tested in 1.12 and 1.13 of Talos column software.

Falcon3 image server may have a timeout error which means the image does not come back. The system does recover from the error by itself. We allow it to retry in 5714813a6
