Description
There is a step that is divide by k * log(k)
The 3.2 myamiweb validate this but not in trunk.
Need validation in python script, too.

Needs to be great than 1, e.g., 1.00000001 is fine. I do not think there is a maximum value, though bigger than 5 is ridiculous.
