Description

Sinedon should check for a global config file in /etc/sinedon.cfg. The precedence should probably go users sinedon.cfg, /etc sinedon.cfg, site-packages sinedon.cfg.

now you can use /etc/sinedon.cfg
I have tested it.
done in both trunk and 2.0
