Description

python script will try and set the job to error on a crash, we now need to look for these in the menu.

Currently, if the python script crashes it with set the job as 'E' in the AppionJobData table. We now need to search for jobs that are set to 'E' in the database and report them as crashed (or whatever) within the menu system, so users can see why it crashed and maybe have the ability to re-submit the job.
