Description
This happens sometimes, and usually requires a reboot of digitizer. Users reported that it happens more often right after auto nitrogen refill which sends a parallel thread to acquire the hardware dark of K2 camera.

- Affected Version changed from Appion/Leginon 3.0.0 to Appion/Leginon 3.2
Adds a delay to the reference acquisition thread. Default to 90 seconds. It may have being a problem caused by early return resulting that K2 is still processing information when this function is called.
