Description

It causes an error in Leginon if used for importing presets.

added comment entry to inc/admin.inc in the trunk r14301, to admin_settings.php and to inc/setdefault.php in the trunk r14303.

merged this and #639 changes to commit r14304 in the branch

Testing;
Check database SessionData after #639 testing. The three sessions named importxxxxx should have comment associated with each.
