Description
Typically a problem when there are interruption in database connection or file server error. rsync or mv may be at a state that the file has been copied to the destination but not yet removed from the source.

New option for cleanup tif or mrc files if they have been in the source-path for too long but without a matching leginon image in the database.
--cleanup_delay_minutes=10
The above example allows files to be rechecked if created on the camera computer less than 10 minutes ago.
