Related to another feature requesting that astigmatism magnitude be defined in the database, stig-mag could then be used in makestack to avoid cutting particles from images that are astigmatic.

ACE2 corrects astigmatism, so while this might be worthwhile to remove extreme cases, the data for astigmatic images is usually corrected successfully.
