open2d scatter plot of defocus and confidence

Description
Currently web page reports a histogram of confidence values. Since parameters input to Ace2 influence confidence outcome it would be helpful to simultaneously see both defocus and confidence so that the user would know which defoci were confidently or not confidently determined. Perhaps this could be displayed as a scatter plot with histograms along the x and y axes to clearly see the distributions of the calculated values.

This statement is false. The parameters have no direct effect on the confidence. The parameters have an effect on the CTF fit. The CTF fit has an influence on the confidence. The confidence is a the cross-correlation between the calcualted CTF and measured CTF between 90 and 10 Angstroms.
