Description

Happened on my special case of bt preset used for BeamTiltImager and with different format. Ran Ace2 with unwanted ones in rejected list but the query might not be handle this much variety.

Script ran:

pyace2.py   --projectid=209  --preset=bt --session=10jul06a --runname=acetwo2 --rundir=/ami/data00/appion/10jul06a/ctf/acetwo2 --no-rejects --no-wait --commit --continue --reprocess=0.85 --edge1=10 --edge2=0.001 --rotblur=0.0 --cs=2.0 --bin=1

log file stalled at

I will look into this later myself. This does not affect normal operation, I think.
