Description

Doing RCT with beta leginon, I select 3 targets and 1 focus spot. Leginon tilts, focuses and collects the 3 images. Then it tilts to second tilt angle, complains that there is no focus spot and that all images have been collected.

This might be a the bug (that I thought was fixed) where your first tilt is zero it automatically fails all subsequent tilts.

Yeah, this is fixed in 2.0, the bug is marked as 'in test'. This bug applied to only small angle tilts, because I had radians instead of degrees and it screwed things up with the small angles, so you should not have this bug Gabe.

I am closing this bug cause Arne says it works.

Gabe,

Since I merged the fix to 2.0 branch 17 days ago, you might want to do an svn update.  Don't know if Amber rolled out another revision after my merge.
