I am not sure if the logic steps thourgh the image viewer options are correct. This is form the root page: http://emg.nysbc.org/projects/appion/wiki/Common_Features
Seems like once you select one of the viewer options than you have to crawl back up the lsit to get back to the main page. Maybe it is meant to be like this but makes it easy to get lost.
But the doc pages overall are great and very detailed!
