Description

Add option in dbemwiz to only download exmplar or non-hidden images

The table ViewerImageStatus in dbemdata tells use the status for each image.

If it is 'hidden' we do not want to download the image unless a value says "download hidden image" is checked
If we check a box that says 'download only exemplar images' then we only want to download images with status 'exemplar'
