Description

Noticed in the code this just inherit from K2 base at 5e-6. This is likely incorrect. At minimum, K3 is implemented with bin 1 to be super resolution, so the value should be half.

I noticed that the sode Appion gives per frame is wrong, but the total dose is correct. I guess this is the same issue

Probably yes. I will have to track down all of them. Bill, do you have the exact physical pixel size of K3 ?

The correct physical pixel size is 5um, so 2.5um in dmsem.py. I made the same changes to our dmsem.py and everything is running fine since more than a month.
