Description

I cannot launch any job for stack manipulation from the stackhierarchy.php page. For example:

"Center Particles" and "Sort Junk" leads me back to the main cronus3 page
"Create Substack" and "Filter by Mean and Standard Deviation" do not pass the experiment ID to the next page

Does not look like there is anything wrapper related in that file, but I can do some debug tomorrow after our testing session.
