Hi,

I am a PhD student in University of Zurich. I would like to use unbend/straightening the filaments feature of Phoelix. Is there any tutorial that can guide me, I am a newbie in image processing, I would appreciate any kind of help.

Hi Meltem,
Pholeix is so ancient at this point I would be astonished if you can even compile it. I think there are much better and more robust helical processing programs out there by this point, e.g. Relion, Frelix, Spring etc. I would highly recommend you try one of those instead.
